Things to know
Before your appointment
If you are sick, please use your best judgement on whether you are well enough to come. If you have a fever and/or sore throat please reschedule your appointment.
If you are coming in for a curly cut, day 2 hair is the best to come in with and wear it down for the day if possible.
Please don’t wear hooded articles of clothing, the hood ends up making the hair uneven for cuts and makes it harder to get to the nape.
If you are not sure what you want or have a long hair history booking a consultation with your service is a good idea, this way we have enough time to talk about what you want to do without cutting into the actual service time.
Color corrections can apply to many things, it generally means a service that require more time, attention to detail, and/or multiple processes to achieve the desired result than a standard service. Some examples of services which may be a color correction are listed below. If you are unsure, please reach out to me directly or schedule a consultation before booking your service so we can work it out together :)
If you are going from dark to light or light to dark
If you have damaged hair

The boring stuff: Policies
Cancellations/rescheduled appointments must be within 24 hours. With the exception of medical or weather emergencies, if cancellation/reschedule does not happen within 24 hours a cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file.

100% of all other services.
I want to make sure all my clients love their hair so if you are unhappy with the results of your service you have 1 week from the date of service to request a redo. Redo’s will be at 50% cost. For instances listed below redo’s will be complimentary. Color corrections are excluded.
Uneven haircut.
Toned too cool, warm, or an unflattering tone.
Small section of the hair with uneven color, tone, lift, or lines of demarcation.
Some added brightness or depth, no more than 7 foils.
I have a 10 minute grace period for appointments, after 10 minutes I can still take you but we may not be able to complete the full service booked. After 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and you will need to reschedule. Cancellation fee will apply in these instances.
No call/no shows will result in 100% of service charged to the card on file. Repeat no call/no show will result in future appointments being denied.
Deposit is required upon booking of creative color, corrective color, and bleach and tone services. Deposit amount will be 50% of estimated service charge, deposit will be credited towards service.
